At A Trunk of Silver, we take pride in ensuring your handmade jewellery reaches you safely and promptly. Our shipping methods are reliable, generally Royal Mail and EVRI, and we pay attention to the packaging to protect your precious pieces.
For England, Scotland,Wales and Northern Ireland, P&P is included.
We do NOT ship out of the UK at this present time. Sorry.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be delighted with your handmade jewellery from A Trunk of Silver. However, if you are not completely satisfied please speak to us first via e mail or on the chat button, so we can discuss the problem and help to resolve it. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are dedicated to ensuring that you can shop with confidence.
Returns are, unfortunately, at your cost and we ask that, where ever possible, returns are in the same packaging.
